Ticket terms and conditions

The Winter Session · Session 001

1. Tickets

•     Tickets are sold through Humanitix at the price shown on the event page ($79 plus the Humanitix booking fee, in Australian dollars).

•     Your ticket admits one named attendee to The Winter Session · Session 001 at Suma Park, The Stables, 2135 Bellarine Highway, Marcus Hill VIC 3222, on Friday 28 August 2026.

•     All attendees must accept the Participant Waiver at checkout (or before entry) to take part.

2. Transfers

•     Can't make it? Your ticket is transferable to another person any time before the event, free, through Humanitix or by emailing hello@burnandbeats.com.au with the new attendee's name and email.

•     The new attendee must accept the Participant Waiver before taking part.

3. Refunds

•     We don't offer refunds for a change of mind or if you can't attend. Transfer your ticket instead.

•     If we cancel the event and can't reschedule, you'll receive a full refund of the ticket price.

•     If we reschedule the event, your ticket automatically transfers to the new date. If you can't make the new date, you can request a full refund of the ticket price within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

•     Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

4. Changes to the event

•     Details such as timings and line-up may change for reasons including safety, weather or supplier availability. We'll notify ticket holders of material changes by email.

•     If the venue changes to one materially less convenient, you may request a full refund.

5. Entry conditions

•     Entry is for ticket holders aged 18 and over unless otherwise stated on the event page.

•     We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

•     The event involves loud amplified music and periods of reduced lighting, as described in the Participant Waiver.

6. The event experience

•     Mats are provided. Bring a water bottle and a towel, and wear something you can move in.

•     Gates open at 6:00pm and the stable doors open at 6:30pm. The class starts at 7:00pm and latecomers may not be admitted once it is underway, for safety.
